Service Delivery Policy

BannerAI is a digitally delivered software service. This policy explains how paid services and impression credits are made available.
1. Delivery method
After a successful and verified payment, purchased impression credits are added electronically to the customer's BannerAI workspace. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Typical activation
Credits are normally added shortly after payment confirmation from the payment provider. Payment reconciliation, fraud review, network delays or provider outages may delay activation.
3. Service access
Customers access BannerAI through their authenticated account and integrate supported websites/apps using the installation instructions or SDKs provided in the dashboard.
4. If delivery is delayed
If payment is captured but credits are not visible, use the payment-status reconciliation option in Billing or contact admin@vruxsol.com.
5. Geographic availability
Access may be restricted where providing the service or accepting payment would violate applicable law, sanctions, payment-provider requirements or our Acceptable Use Policy.
