Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all BannerAI customers, users, campaigns, creatives, links, integrations and data submitted to the service.

You must not use BannerAI to

• violate applicable law or third-party rights;
• distribute malware, phishing content, deceptive downloads or harmful code;
• promote fraud, impersonation, scams or materially misleading offers;
• collect passwords, payment-card credentials or highly sensitive data through banners without appropriate lawful safeguards;
• send us personal data you are not authorized to process;
• circumvent security, billing, frequency, access-control or platform limits;
• probe, scrape, overload or attack the service;
• use targeting in a discriminatory, unlawful or harmful manner;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or consumer rights;
• use the service for content or activity prohibited by our payment, infrastructure or hosting providers.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected abuse, request information, block a campaign, suspend a workspace, preserve relevant records, or terminate service where necessary to protect users, the platform or third parties. Where practical, we will provide notice unless doing so would create security, legal or fraud risk.
