This Privacy Policy explains how Vruxsol handles personal information when people use BannerAI, visit our public website, create a workspace, make payments, or interact with campaigns delivered through our technology.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how the service is used, we may process account name, email, organization/workspace details, support communications, billing and payment references, IP/network information, device/browser information, visitor and session identifiers, page or app-screen activity, traffic source and UTM values, campaign impressions, clicks, conversions, custom attributes supplied by customers, and security or diagnostic logs.

2. Why we use information

We use information to operate accounts, deliver and target campaigns, enforce frequency limits, prevent duplicate billing, measure campaign performance, perform attribution, support behavioral audiences and retargeting, process payments, provide support, secure the service, detect abuse, maintain audit records and improve BannerAI.

3. Customer end-user data

For data collected through a customer's website or app integration, the customer generally determines why the data is collected and which attributes are sent to BannerAI. In that context, the customer is generally responsible for its own privacy notices, consent choices and lawful basis, while BannerAI processes the information to provide the contracted service. Specific legal roles may vary by jurisdiction and contract.

4. Cookies and local storage

BannerAI may use cookies, local storage or comparable technologies for authentication, session security, visitor/session identifiers, campaign frequency controls and service preferences. See our Cookie Policy.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by configured payment providers such as Razorpay. We may receive payment identifiers, order status, amount, currency and limited payer details needed for reconciliation. We do not need to store full payment-card credentials.

6. Sharing

We may share information with infrastructure, hosting, storage, payment, security, communications and support providers that help operate BannerAI; with professional advisers; when required by law; in connection with a corporate transaction; or as instructed by the customer. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

7. International processing

Our customers and service providers may operate in different countries. Where information is transferred internationally, we apply contractual, organizational and technical safeguards as required by applicable law.

8. Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, contractual requirements, security, dispute resolution and legal obligations. BannerAI uses compact aggregated statistics for long-term reporting and bounded retention for certain raw events and deduplication records. Customers should configure their own data collection and retention practices appropriately.

9. Security

We use access controls, secure session handling, encryption in transit, payment-provider verification, duplicate-event protection, audit logging and other technical and organizational measures designed to protect the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent or other remedies. If your request concerns data collected by a BannerAI customer, you should normally contact that customer first; we will assist our customer where appropriate.

11. Children

BannerAI is a business marketing platform and is not intended to be used to knowingly profile children in violation of applicable law. Customers must not send child-related data or target children unless they have a lawful and appropriate basis to do so.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service, law or our practices change. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date or policy version.
